Alexander was born and raised in Germany. As a dual citizen, he completed his legal education in the U.S., earning his juris doctor cum laude from Florida International University. He is licensed to practice in Florida and D.C.
As a real estate investor himself, Alexander advises foreign nationals in Real Estate and Immigration Law.

Natascha Genc
Natascha has over 30 years of experience as a paralegal in Germany and the U.S. She has practical experience with Florida Real Estate, Immigration and Property Management. She is bilingual and understands both German and American culture. She grew up in the U.S. and Germany.

David Thorlton
David has over 35 years of experience advising European Corporations establish presence in the U.S. He has advised and consulted with the European Banking industry and Technology corporations.

Linda Guntenhöner
Linda speaks fluent German and English. She is our point of contact in Germany to accomodate your time zone.

Cord is licensed to practice law in Germany and obtained his LLM from Leiden University. He is fluent in German, English and Business level Spanish. He is experienced in Real Estate matters, Cross border disputes and Inheritance law.

Stephano Salani
Stephano is an internationally trained lawyer with over 7 years experience as a licensed U.S. attorney and registered U.S. patent agent. He is licensed to practice in Florida and Washington DC, and is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. Stephano provides advice on matters pertaining to international dispute resolution, intellectual property, licensing, international trade, and technology.

Usually, and in our company’s case as well, the lawyer on the case gets paid under various fee arrangements. Such as:
Hourly fee:
On an hourly fee basis, fees are based on an hourly rate for services which were provided by our team and individual lawyers and paralegals. A detailed, itemized bill will be given to you showing all work done on your case.
Flat fee:
When billed on a flat fee basis, your legal bill is a fixed sum for agreed upon services.
Other potential fees:
Administrative, filing or USCIS fees may be collected. These fees will go into our client trust account and simply forwarded on your behalf to the appropriate agency.
