FAQ

the most popular questions

A: Yes, in our first consultation we are there to listen to you. Hear more about your questions and concerns to get a clear picture of how we can best help you accomplish your goals.

That is why our first consultation was, is and will always remain to be FREE of charge.

All information provided will of course remain 100% confidential whether you choose to hire our firm and have us go to work for you or not.

A: Pricing transparency is very important to us. There should be no mystery when it comes to your legal bill, therefore we attempt to create flat fees for standard services wherever we can. We then list these prices up front on our website for you to see right away. However, each case truly is different and so is the effort invovled. We will always be up front and discuss our fees with you prior to any charge.
Usually, and in our company’s case as well, the lawyer on the case gets paid under various fee arrangements. Such as:
Hourly fee:

On an hourly fee basis, fees are based on an hourly rate for services which were provided by our team and individual lawyers and paralegals. A detailed, itemized bill will be given to you showing all work done on your case.

Flat fee:

When billed on a flat fee basis, your legal bill is a fixed sum for agreed upon services.

Other potential fees:

Administrative, filing or USCIS fees may be collected. These fees will go into our client trust account and simply forwarded on your behalf to the appropriate agency.

We review and accept your consultation

requests on a 24/7 basis
